At Craft-e-Corner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the item with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it back to our designated warehouse using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
